The Office of Student Admissions and Records maintains enrollment records and coordinates course registration, approved changes in enrollment status, and the documentation needed to update a student record.
Review planned coursework with your academic advisor before registering. Your advisor helps with course selection and sequence. Academic Affairs determines academic eligibility and approves academic exceptions; Admissions and Records records those decisions and processes the corresponding enrollment changes.
Include your full name, student identifier if assigned, program, relevant term, and course title or code. Describe the requested change and identify any related approval or correspondence. Ask the office which documents and submission method apply.
For withdrawal, leave of absence, or return to study, consult the University Catalog and contact the office before your intended change. Ask for confirmation of the recorded action and effective date. Stopping attendance does not itself complete an enrollment change.
Direct tuition, payment, and account-balance questions to the Office of Student Financial Services. An enrollment change and a financial adjustment may require separate review.
If a hold or access problem affects registration, describe the message and when it appeared. Admissions and Records can identify the recorded issue and the responsible office. Removal of a hold may require that office’s authorization. For passwords or platform errors, use Technology Support and Help Desk.
